Understanding Yourself and Others with Cathy Dean
Monday 18th June
Ever wondered why you find it easy to get on with some people and impossible with others?
Maybe you feel that you’re constantly being misunderstood?
Or do you have someone in your life that you just can’t seem to get through to, no matter how hard you try?
During this highly-praised workshop I’ll be introducing you to a tool called the Strengths Deployment Inventory which will open your eyes to a whole new way of understanding yourself and other people.
I’ll show you how your values motivate your behaviour, and what to look out for in others to help you figure out what motivates them to behave in the way they do.
I’ll also be teaching you what happens to you and your behaviour when things aren’t going so well for you, and giving you some techniques for nipping conflict in the bud before it has a chance to turn really ugly.
You’ll come away from this session with a useful workbook to help you remember what you learnt and apply it in any setting, and with the confidence to approach any troublesome relationships you might have with new understanding.
Previous participants have loved this workshop, and various husbands, partners, friends and colleagues are now being treated very differently as a result….
Feedback: “This is a mind and life changing workshop that everyone should do” “Fabulous, fun and thought-provoking”
