Susie Rose: Change your Mind – Change your Life
This month Susie will be talking about how your beliefs about yourself affect everything you think, feel and do. Chronic stress and repressed emotions (especially fearful or negative ones) can zap mental energy and hope and lead to health problems, such as high blood pressure or digestive disorders.
We will cover:
- Why it’s important to recognize and identify our thoughts and emotions
- Being aware of the impact they have, not only on each other, but also on our bodies, behavior, and relationships
- The subconscious mind – a storage room of everything that is currently not in your conscious mind
- Why reaching and reprogramming the subconscious mind is the key to mind and body healing.
