Speaker – Karen Thrush: Health Concerns? Top Tips for Staying Healthy using Kinesiology

Karen’s interest in Kinesiology began several years ago when her mother, who was very unwell, visited a lady who used Kinesiology for food sensitivities, and a few years later she also took her daughter.  The lady very easily discovered what was causing the problems and why the doctors had not even considered this. This sparked an interest.

This talk will demonstrate how the following affect health and tips on how you can help yourself to counteract the effects.

  •  Foods and nutrition
  • Stress
  • Energies

Karen started with a foundation course and went on to study for the Practitioners Certificate in London, completed an ITEC Anatomy and Physiology Certificate and finally became a Kinesiologist Registered with the Association of Systematic Kinesiology.  Her training in London to become a Balanced Health Foundation Course Tutor for the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology which enables Karen to teach Kinesiology locally.

Karen has a practice in Wiltshire and regularly runs courses and workshops.
